Pups on the Plaza is an annual dog adoption sponsorship program presented by Beth Brody, a Mill Valley native and well-known Realtor with Compass. Beth partners with The Milo Foundation and its founder Lynne Tringle, who will provide “homeless” shelter dogs and staff to help handle the canines and the adoption process. The event takes place at the Depot Plaza in downtown Mill Valley, a popular destination for families and the community to come together to support this important event.
“Rescue dogs have been my passion since I was a child. My family and I have rescued close to a dozen dogs so far, and we continue to find “forever” homes for dogs whenever we can,” explained Beth Brody, founder of Pups on the Plaza.“We hope our event will find many dogs great homes and help others learn about the wonderful dogs available at Milo and other local shelters.”
As part of the event, The Milo Foundation will have dozens of dogs of all ages available for adoption. Beth Brody will pay 100 percent of the adoption fee or will match anyone’s adoption fee or any donation made during the event to The Milo Foundation.
“We love events like Pups on the Plaza that help us find loving homes for our dogs and help support The Milo Foundation, our mission, and our efforts to save more animals from high-kill shelters, explained Lynne Tringle, the founder of The Milo Foundation.
The event at Depot Plaza is a wonderful family event. In addition to the many dogs seeking their "forever" homes, there will be plenty of puppies that will be sure to entertain along with a raffle and giveaways.
